The Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WV) basketball knocked off the host Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV), 33-24 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bison (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Sherman (Seth, WV). The Tide go into the Coalfield A test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Sherman went down by Independence (Coal City, WV), 64-34, in a non-league test.

The Big Blacks now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Miller for a non-league test on Thursday, December 7. Point Pleasant will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 74-5 league loss to Fisher Catholic (Lancaster, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 1-4.
