North Carolina High School Basketball - North Brunswick crushes East Columbus
December 5, 2023: Lake Waccamaw, NC 28450 North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 63-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, North Brunswick upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC) to play the Monarchs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Monarchs go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Northside - Jacksonville won 45-26 in their recent non-league bout against Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC)
Next up, the Gators play the South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 6. East Columbus will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 54-33 non-league win over East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC).
