South Carolina High School Basketball - Blue Ridge can't hold off St. Joseph's Catholic

St. Joseph's Catholic Knights (Greenville, SC) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers (Greer, SC), 45-43 in a non-league match.

With the victory, St. Joseph's Catholic advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Knights travel to Crescent (Iva, SC) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Friday, December 6. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 0-2. Crescent lost 57-28 in their recent non-league match against Emerald (Greenwood, SC)

The Fighting Tigers now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to High Point Academy for a non-league match on Friday, December 6. Blue Ridge will face a Grizzlies squad coming off a 44-18 non-league loss to Broome (Spartanburg, SC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-1.
