The Desert Sunrise Golden Hawks (Maricopa, AZ) basketball crushed the host Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ), 51-16 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Golden Hawks now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Poston Butte for a non-league bout on Friday, December 6. Desert Sunrise will play a Broncos team coming off a 45-22 non-league win over San Luis (San Luis, AZ). The Broncos record now stands at 1-5.
