Kentucky High School Basketball - Knott County Central knocked off by Jackson County
December 6, 2023: Hindman, KY 41822 The Jackson County Generals basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Knott County Central Patriots to 65 in the Generals non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Generals now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corbin for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Jackson County will battle a Redhounds team coming off a 80-42 non-league win over Perry County Central (Hazard, KY). The Redhounds record now stands at 2-0.
The Patriots (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Perry County Central (Hazard, KY). The Commodores enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Perry County Central was defeated by Corbin (Corbin, KY), 80-42, in a non-league contest.
