December 6, 2024: Anahuac, TX 77514 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Eula Pirates (Clyde, TX) and the host Anahuac Panthers (Anahuac, TX), observed Eula's basketball team overwhelm Anahuac by a margin of 61-8.
The Pirates (15-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Poolville (Poolville, TX). The Monarchs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Poolville trounced Anahuac (Anahuac, TX), 35-28, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the East Chambers Buccaneers (Winnie, TX) in a 3A Region III District 22 challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Anahuac will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
