The Military Magnet Academy Eagles basketball squad (North Charleston, SC), was nudged 74-70 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes (Summerville, SC)

With the victory, Ashley Ridge advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Swamp Foxes travel to Berkeley (Moncks Corner, SC) to meet the Stags in a non-league battle on Monday, December 9. The Stags enter the battle with a record of 2-1. Berkeley won 56-28 in their recent non-league battle against Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC)

The Eagles now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westwood for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 7. Military Magnet Academy will meet a Redhawks squad coming off a 53-41 non-league loss to White Knoll (Lexington, SC). The Redhawks record now stands at 3-3.
