In Friday's non-league test, the Chester Cyclones (Chester, SC) basketball squad defeated the host Buford Yellow Jackets (Lancaster, SC), by a final score of 43-31.

Next, the Cyclones clash with the Brookland-Cayce Bearcats (Cayce, SC) in a non-league test, on Monday, December 9. Chester will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Bearcats come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 50-18 non-league win over Edisto (Cordova, SC).
