December 6, 2024: Shannon, MS 38868 In Friday's non-league outing, the host Shannon Red Raiders soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Houston Hilltoppers.
The Red Raiders (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Itawamba Agricultural (Fulton, MS). The Indians enter the 4A Region 2 outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Itawamba Agricultural was edged by Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Hilltoppers confront the Louisville Wildcats (Louisville, MS) in a non-league outing, on Monday, December 9. Houston will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record.
