Jefferson Davis Academy Raiders (Blackville, SC) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Sandhills Bucks (Columbia, SC), 62-39 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jefferson Davis Academy upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Raiders host Horse Creek Academy (Aiken, SC) to play the Stallions in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Stallions come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Horse Creek Academy won 73-51 in their recent non-league bout against Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC)

Next up, the Bucks play the Richard Winn Academy Eagles (Winnsboro, SC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Sandhills will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
