In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Reno Huskies basketball team scored a big 73-49 triumph over the Lowry Buckaroos.

The Huskies (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the 4A Northern contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Spanish Springs smashed Jesuit (Carmichael, CA), 62-58, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Buckaroos confront the Truckee Wolverines (Truckee, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Lowry will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Wolverines go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 58-35 non-league loss to Portola (Portola, CA).
