Texas High School Basketball - Elkhart can't hold off Rosebud-Lott
December 9, 2022: Rosebud, TX 76570 The Rosebud-Lott Cougars basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Elkhart Elks to 34 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Rosebud-Lott will battle a team coming off a 60-42 league win over Alta Vista Charter (Tucson, AZ). The record now stands at 23-90.
The Elks (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Normangee (Normangee, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Normangee edged Slocum (Elkhart, TX), 55-26, in a non-league contest.
