South Carolina High School Basketball - Wilson Hall fells Thomas Sumter Academy
December 9, 2022: Sumter, SC 29150 Wilson Hall Barons (Sumter, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Thomas Sumter Academy Generals (Dalzell, SC), 39-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wilson Hall upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Barons host Augusta Christian (Martinez, GA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Augusta Christian lost 41-36 in their recent non-league bout against Pinewood Prep (Summerville, SC)
Next up, the Generals play the Williamsburg Academy Stallions (Kingstree, SC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. Thomas Sumter Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Stallions go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 44-9 non-league win over Lowcountry Prep (Pawleys Island, SC).
