North Carolina High School Basketball - South Aiken ripped by Olympic

December 9, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28273

The Olympic Trojans basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting South Aiken Thoroughbreds to 34 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Gaston for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Olympic will meet a Warriors team coming off a 51-44 non-league loss to Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.

The Thoroughbreds (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfield Central (Winnsboro, SC). The Griffins enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Fairfield Central was routed by Newberry (Newberry, SC), 51-45, in a non-league contest.
