In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting San Benito Greyhounds basketball squad scored a big 49-17 victory over the Juarez-Lincoln Huskies.

With the victory, San Benito improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Lopez (Brownsville, TX) to play the Lobos in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Lobos come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Lopez won 64-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Raymondville (Raymondville, TX)

Next up, the Huskies play the Weslaco Panthers (Weslaco, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Juarez-Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 54-45 non-league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe, TX).
