The Badgers now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 13. Merkel will battle a Tigers team coming off a 53-19 non-league loss to San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 5-6.
The Steers (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Coronado (Lubbock, TX). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Coronado was nudged by North Central Texas Academy (Granbury, TX), 67-40, in a non-league battle.
