Illinois High School Basketball - St. Patrick tops Loyola Academy
December 10, 2022: Wilmette, IL 60091 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Patrick Shamrocks (Chicago, IL) and the host Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL), saw St. Patrick's basketball squad knock off Loyola Academy by a count of 54-44.
With the victory, St. Patrick upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Shamrocks travel to Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL) to play the Spartans in a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Marian Catholic won 57-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Evanston (Evanston, IL)
Next up, the Ramblers play the Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Loyola Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Wildkits come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 57-42 non-league loss to Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL).
