Mississippi High School Basketball - Centreville Academy knocks off Wilkinson County Christian Academy
December 10, 2024: Woodville, MS 39669 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Centreville Academy Tigers basketball team scored a good 68-57 win over the Wilkinson County Christian Academy Rams.
The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Prentiss Christian (Prentiss, MS). The Saints come into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Prentiss Christian was topped by Woodlawn Prep (Columbia, MS), 75-31, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rams battle the Tensas Academy Chiefs (St. Joseph, LA) in a MAIS 2A District 3 contest, on Friday, December 13. Wilkinson County Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Chiefs come into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 55-21 non-league win over Franklin Academy (Winnsboro, LA).
