Texas High School Basketball - Rotan holds off Hamlin
December 10, 2024: Hamlin, TX 79520 In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Rotan Yellowhammers basketball team scored a close 41-39 triumph over the Hamlin Pied Pipers.
The Yellowhammers (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Petersburg (Petersburg, TX). The Buffaloes go into the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Petersburg nipped Wichita Christian (Wichita Falls, TX), 39-9, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pied Pipers confront the Paducah Dragons (Paducah, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 14. Hamlin will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 1-13 record after their 55-32 non-league loss to Aspermont (Aspermont, TX).
