North Carolina High School Basketball - Robinson thwarts Lake Norman Charter

December 10, 2024: Concord, NC 28027

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) and the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), observed Robinson's basketball team knock off Lake Norman Charter by a score of 80-65.

The Bulldogs (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Falcons come into the 3A South Piedmont challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, West Rowan was knocked off by Carson (China Grove, NC), 47-34, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont challenge, on Friday, December 13. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Spiders come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 60-34 non-league loss to Forest Hills (Marshville, NC).
