The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kokomo Wildkats (Kokomo, IN) and the host Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN), observed Kokomo's basketball team overcome Western by a margin of 49-38.

The Wildkats (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Mavericks come into the non-league challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, McCutcheon defeated Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN), 55-39, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Twin Lakes Indians (Monticello, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Western will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.
