December 11, 2023: Genoa, IL 60135 The Lutheran Crusaders (Rockford, IL) basketball knocked off the host Genoa-Kingston Cogs (Genoa, IL), 71-51 in Monday's league test.
The Crusaders (5-3) will now prepare for their test against West Carroll (Savanna, IL). The Thunder go into the non-league test with a 0-7 record.
The Cogs now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Rochelle for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 13. Genoa-Kingston will encounter a Hubs squad coming off a 75-72 league loss to Morris (Morris, IL). The Hubs record now stands at 1-5.
