In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Daniel Lions basketball team scored a big 66-41 triumph over the Franklin County Lions.

The Lions (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Walhalla (Walhalla, SC). The Razorbacks go into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Walhalla smashed Pickens (Pickens, SC), 62-26, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Franklin County will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 52-37 non-league win over Banks County (Homer, GA).
