Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Downey Christian Patriots (Orlando, FL) and the host Life Christian Academy Lions (Kissimmee, FL), saw Downey Christian's basketball squad wallop Life Christian Academy by a tally of 68-35.

With the victory, Downey Christian improves its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Central Florida Christian Academy (Ocoee, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-3. Central Florida Christian Academy won 54-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Trinity Catholic (Ocala, FL)

Next, the Lions encounter the Hope Academy Trojan Tigers (Groveland, FL) in a test, on Thursday, December 15. Life Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Trojan Tigers go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 50-18 non-league loss to Wade Christian Academy (Melbourne, FL).
