The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Canterbury Crusaders (St. Petersburg, FL) and the visiting Lakeside Christian Lions (Clearwater, FL), observed Canterbury's basketball team edge Lakeside Christian by a score of 62-55.

The Crusaders (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast (Bradenton, FL). The Seminoles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record.

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate Phoenix (Tampa, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 16.
