In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Hodgeman County Longhorns basketball team scored a good 54-37 triumph over the Osborne Bulldogs.

The Longhorns (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Wichita County (Leoti, KS). The Indians go into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Wichita County topped Hoxie (Hoxie, KS), 53-42, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Victoria Knights (Victoria, KS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Osborne will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 48-32 non-league loss to Trego (WaKeeney, KS).
