The Mars Fightin' Planets basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Knoch Knights to 32 in the Fightin' Planets non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Fightin' Planets now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kiski Area for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 15. Mars will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 90-59 non-league win over Belle Vernon (Belle Vernon, PA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-4.

The Knights (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Valley (New Kensington, PA). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Valley triumphed over Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, PA), 32-18, in a non-league contest.
