The Northwest Cabarrus Trojans tipped the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings basketball team by a final score of 42-39 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Trojans face the East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) in a 3A Conference 48 game, on Friday, December 16. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 50-14 league win over Concord (Concord, NC).
