Central Eagles (Pageland, SC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC), 55-15 in a league bout.

With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to McBee (McBee, SC) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 4-3. McBee won 56-22 in their recent non-league bout against North Central (Kershaw, SC)

Next up, the Knights play the York Prep Patriots (Rock Hill, SC) in a AA Region 5 bout, on Friday, December 16. North Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 57-46 league loss to Cheraw (Cheraw, SC).
