Texas High School Basketball - Flour Bluff overwhelms Ingleside
December 13, 2022: Corpus Christi, TX 78418 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX) and the visiting Ingleside Mustangs (Ingleside, TX), saw Flour Bluff's basketball squad wallop Ingleside by a tally of 61-34.
With the victory, Flour Bluff improves its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Carroll (Corpus Christi, TX) to confront the Tigers in a 5A Region IV District 29 challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-8.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the West Oso Bears (Corpus Christi, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 30 challenge, on Friday, December 16. Ingleside will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 49-46 non-league loss to Aransas Pass (Aransas Pass, TX).
