The McLean Tigers basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Follett Panthers to 48 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Elliott for a 1A Region I District 1 contest on Friday, December 16. McLean will meet a Cougars team coming off a 42-13 league win over Darrouzett (Darrouzett, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 3-4.

The Panthers (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lefors (Lefors, TX). The Pirates enter the 1A Region I District 1 contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Lefors was defeated by Kelton (Wheeler, TX), 37-21, in a league contest.
