Texas High School Basketball - Howe crushes Gainesville
December 13, 2022: Gainesville, TX 76240 Howe Bulldogs (Howe, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Gainesville Leopards (Gainesville, TX), 50-25 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Howe upgrades its record to 3-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Pottsboro (Pottsboro, TX) to clash with the Cardinals in a 3A Region II District 11 bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 16-2. Pottsboro won 57-21 in their recent league bout against Leonard (Leonard, TX)
Next up, the Leopards clash with the Anna Coyotes (Anna, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Gainesville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Coyotes go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 48-29 non-league win over Centennial (Frisco, TX).
