Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans (Nanticoke, PA), 67-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Abington Heights upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Comets travel to Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the Trojans play the Berwick Bulldogs (Berwick, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 1 bout, on Friday, December 15. Greater Nanticoke Area will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
