Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Chester Cyclones (Chester, SC) and the host Buford Yellowjackets (Lancaster, SC), saw Chester's basketball squad overcome Buford by a tally of 60-52.

With the victory, Chester improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cyclones host Fairfield Central (Winnsboro, SC) to confront the Griffins in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The Griffins come into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Fairfield Central lost 66-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Lower Richland (Hopkins, SC)
