The DeSoto County Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Fort Meade Miners to 55 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Placid for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. DeSoto County will play a Dragons team coming off a 84-63 league loss to Avon Park (Avon Park, FL). The Dragons record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Fort Meade falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Miners host Vanguard (Lake Wales, FL) to play the Panthers in a non-league game on Monday, December 16.
