California High School Basketball - Hollister holds off Gilroy
December 13, 2024: Gilroy, CA 95020 The Hollister Haybalers basketball team scored 34 points and limited the host Gilroy Mustangs to 28 in the Haybalers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Haybalers now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Aptos for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Hollister will confront a Mariners team coming off a 69-60 non-league loss to Westmont (Campbell, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Gilroy falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 1-3. Ann Sobrato lost 56-42 in their recent non-league game against Lincoln (San Jose, CA)
