Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Southern Raiders (Wymore, NE), 54-51 in a league match.

With the victory, Tri County advances its record to 1-4 on the year. The Trojans host Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 1-2. Sandy Creek lost 56-52 in their recent non-league match against Centennial (Utica, NE)

The Raiders now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Deshler for a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. Southern will face a Dragons squad coming off a 68-46 non-league win over Sterling (Sterling, NE). The Dragons record now stands at 2-1.
