The Chester Cyclones basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Buford Yellow Jackets to 23 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cyclones now have a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Union County for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. Chester will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 52-49 non-league win over Blacksburg (Blacksburg, SC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Buford falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets host Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC) to confront the Golden Rams in a AA Region 4 game on Tuesday, December 17.
