North Carolina High School Basketball - Concord trounced by Lake Norman Charter

December 13, 2024: Huntersville, NC 28078

Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Concord Spiders (Concord, NC), 68-40 in a league match.

With the victory, Lake Norman Charter advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Knights travel to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to face the Trojans in a 3A South Piedmont match on Friday, December 20. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 6-1. Northwest Cabarrus won 58-25 in their recent league match against South Rowan (China Grove, NC)

The Spiders now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Rowan for a 3A South Piedmont match on Friday, December 20. Concord will face a Falcons squad coming off a 56-15 league loss to Robinson (Concord, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 0-6.
