Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Becker Bulldogs (Becker, MN) and the visiting St. Francis Fighting Saints (St. Francis, MN), saw Becker's basketball squad wallop St. Francis by a tally of 72-51.

With the victory, Becker improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to North Branch (North Branch, MN) to confront the Vikings in a AAA Section 7 challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. North Branch lost 80-68 in their recent non-league challenge against Big Lake (Big Lake, MN)

Next up, the Fighting Saints confront the Cloquet Lumberjacks (Cloquet, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Lumberjacks come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 82-65 league loss to Denfeld (Duluth, MN).
