California High School Basketball - Downey tipped by Sonora

December 14, 2023: La Habra, CA 90631

In Thursday's non-league match, the host Sonora Raiders basketball team scored a tight 58-55 triumph over the Downey Vikings.

In their next game, the Raiders meet the Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 15. Sonora will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 8-2 record after their 55-47 non-league win over Clovis East (Clovis, CA).

With the defeat, Downey moves to 6-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to Clovis East (Clovis, CA) to meet the Timberwolves in a non-league match on Friday, December 15.
