In Thursday's non-league match, the host Wellington Wolverines basketball team scored a good 44-31 triumph over the Olympic Heights Lions.

In their next game, the Wolverines meet the Mater Lakes Academy Bears (Miami, FL) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 22. Wellington will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record.
