North Carolina High School Basketball - Living Water Christian holds off Community Christian

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Living Water Christian Warriors basketball team scored a close 53-51 triumph over the Community Christian Cyclones.

The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Union Grove Christian nipped New Manna Christian (Marion, NC), 66-47, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cyclones confront the Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Community Christian will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 64-58 league loss to Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC).
