The Palisades Pirates basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Jim Thorpe Olympians to 43 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Pirates now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Moravian Academy for a Colonial - East game on Monday, December 16.

With the loss, Jim Thorpe falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Olympians host Palmerton (Palmerton, PA) to confront the Blue Bombers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17.
