The Northridge Grizzlies nipped the host Platte Valley Broncos basketball squad by a final score of 49-48 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Grizzlies clash with the Roosevelt Roughriders (Johnstown, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak outing, on Tuesday, December 17. Northridge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Roughriders enter the outing with a 5-3 record after their 83-40 league win over Wellington (Wellington, CO).
