Texas High School Basketball - Kennedale overwhelms China Spring
December 15, 2023: China Spring, TX 76633 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Kennedale Wildcats (Kennedale, TX) and the host China Spring Cougars (China Spring, TX), saw Kennedale's basketball squad wallop China Spring by a tally of 67-41.
With the victory, Kennedale improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 4A Region II District 10 challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 12-3.
Next up, the Cougars confront the Whitney Wildcats (Whitney, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. China Spring will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 61-53 non-league loss to Lampasas (Lampasas, TX).
