California High School Basketball - Clark tops George Washington Prep
December 15, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90047 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Clark Eagles (Chicago, IL) and the host George Washington Prep Generals (Los Angeles, CA), saw Clark's basketball squad knock off George Washington Prep by a count of 68-60.
With the victory, Clark upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Guilford (Rockford, IL) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Guilford won 49-45 in their recent league challenge against Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL)
Next up, the Generals play the Rolling Hills Prep Huskies (San Pedro, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. George Washington Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 59-43 non-league win over Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA).
