Scurry-Rosser Wildcats (Scurry, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Robinson Rockets (Robinson, TX), 57-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Scurry-Rosser upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Rio Vista won 44-37 in their recent non-league bout against Hubbard (Hubbard, TX)

Next up, the Rockets play the Hubbard Jaguars (Hubbard, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Robinson will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 44-37 non-league loss to Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX).
