In Friday's non-league outing, the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Capital Christian Cougars (Sacramento, CA), by a count of 73-30.

The Bruins (11-0) will now prepare for their outing against Woodcreek (Roseville, CA). The Timberwolves go into the non-league outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Woodcreek smashed Union Mine (El Dorado, CA), 60-23, in a non-league outing.
