The Silver Stage Nighthawks basketball team (Silver Springs, NV), was overwhelmed 55-17 in Saturday's league battle with the host North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA)

The Lakers now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sierra Lutheran for a 2A Northern battle on Tuesday, December 19. North Tahoe will confront a Falcons team coming off a 65-40 league loss to Incline (Incline Village, NV). The Falcons record now stands at 4-5.

The Nighthawks (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Incline (Incline Village, NV). The Highlanders come into the 2A Northern battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Incline trounced Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV), 65-40, in a league battle.
